We have an excellent new job in for a Nurse in the Homecare field based in Dublin -

Our Client is a young growing dynamic organisation and well on their way to becoming Irelands leading
provider of Home Care.  They have a number of current clients and care
staff members which we are looking to expand significantly in the near future through HSE
Contracts and Private Contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with them and be a team
leader.
The Candidate
We are looking for a qualified registered nurse with a minimum of 2-3 years post qualification
experience. The candidate should be a flexible, enthusiastic, self starter who is looking for an
opportunity to progress their career and grow with the company. They must have good leadership
and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining existing relationships with Clients and significant others
through quality assurance visits and follow up phonecalls
• Conducting and arranging Home Visits to Clients
• Conducting assessments with new Clients
• Completing relevant risk asessment
• Organising and conducting Client and Carer introductions
• Supporting Carers and supervison of their duties
• Reviewing Carers performance
Person Specific Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and be an excellent time manager
• Have experience in the delivery of training programmes
• Be proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Have a full clean drivers licence
• Be a team player with a ‘can do ‘ attitude

Medical Sales Rep - Critical Care - Munster

Territory: Kerry, Cork, Limerick, Waterford & Galway
Location: Ideally Cork (Munster)
Department: Critical Care
Reports to: Business Manager of IV systems/Endovascular

Role Function -  


The main purpose of this role is to maintain current business in territory and create new sales against budget for the following IV/endovascular/critical care product ranges

 

Role Responsibilities -

Selling the clinical benefits of the product range through sales presentations and product evaluations.
Achievement of revenue and targets as per budget plan.
Creating and raising awareness of Company as a leader in the sale of endovascular/critical care products.
KOL Sales Developments to Clinical and/or Nursing Consultants and Purchasing Managers.
Providing accurate reporting of relevant internal and external market information that may impact on the business.
Completion of administration as required (e.g. weekly/monthly reports, management of area inventory, expenses, etc.).
Attending national & international conferences, exhibitions, training courses, etc. as required.

Experience required -

Nursing/Technical/Medical Staff with experience in the areas of Emergency, Critical Care, Oncology/Haematology, Endovascular or Radiology

AND/OR

 

A minimum of 2-3 years of Sales/technical experience in Emergency, Critical Care, Oncology/Haematology or Radiology products, particularly in the areas of Hospital IV Critical Care Sales.
Candidates should also be:

IT literate.
Have a Full clean drivers license.
Good market awareness to understand where the key opportunities for the development of new business lie.
Dynamic and self motivated personality.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to close out opportunities to achieve budgets and development of long term business.
Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership relationships with our customers.
Availability to work beyond normal hours, weekends and form time to time, overnight stays may be required.
Willingness for national and international travel when necessary.

Other information:

The successful candidate should preferably be based in Cork.
Full time, permanent contract.
Excellent remuneration package (bonus & company car included) commensurate with experience will apply
