Must have the Mammography course.

Be validated by the IIR

Have relevant and recent Irish or UK Mammography experience

Have Management experience

Be living in the Cork or Munster area

You must have a minimum of 3 years Post Grad Radiography/Mammography experience.

NURSE MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL DETOX UNIT - DUBLIN CITY CENTRE

Essential requirements -

Registerd General or Psychiatric Nurse with current ABA Registration

Diploma or Degree in Addiction Studies

Minimum of 5 years Post Grad experience

Min of 3 years @ CNM level

Addiction/Detox experience essential

Living within commutable distance to Dublin City Centre

MUST BE LIVING IN IRELAND WITH RELEVANT IRISH EXPERIENCE

Job responsibilities -

Some of these are -

1. Participate in regular supervision, support and performance appraisal with Head of Specialist services and identify role related training needs.
2. Ensure that nurses demonstrate a satisfactory knowledge base for safe nursing practice and act to promote and maintain safe nursing practice.
3. Ensure the detox unit functions in accordance with relevant nursing legislation and that nurses fulfil the duty of care in the course of practice and intervene when policies or practices may impede care or contravene the law.
4. To ensure nurses on the detox unit are working within their scope of practice and competence as set by An Bord Altranais and that nurses consult with other health care professionals when service user problems fall outside the scope of nursing practice

CSSD TechnicianThere is a wonderful new opportunity just in for an Implant and Instrument Technician for a Dublin based Medical Company -

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the successful candidate will work with the SurgiKit Team (currently 4) in the continuing development of this Company’s Orthopaedic Loaner Service business, with a special interest in Instrument and Implant systems.

Basic Requirements:
• 3 years experience in Theatre and/or CSSD OR 3 years experience in a similar role
• General knowledge of Instrumentation and their function an advantage
• Some orthopaedic experience an advantage
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of Sage an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven attention to detail and follow through
• Self motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive

Role Function -

This leading Medical company requires an additional Commercial Manager for its existing Orthopaedic team.

 In a growing, progressive and innovative business, the successful candidate will work closely with the current Commercial Manager and the Director of Orthopaedics Sales and will have the skills to lead and manage their team empowering them to continue to develop new relationships with the Orthopaedic Customers.

Key in achieving this will be the management of the Company’s current Commercial approach within the team.

You will actively develop and grow the Orthopaedic business and implement a sales strategy in line with this to achieve targeted revenue goals and consistent revenue growth, whilst recognising that our people are the key to our success.

Basic Requirements -

• Minimum 3 years as a Commercial Manager in Medical devices or equivalent with role desirable

• An ability to demonstrate strong leadership & people management skills essential

• An in depth understanding of the Orthopaedic and Medical devices market and its future development with the ability to interact with this market on a commercial basis a strong advantage

• Experience in a medical device sales industry or similar with a proven track record in the area of medical device sales desirable

• Strong evidence of key relationship development and people management

• Third level qualification in a relevant Business discipline an advantage

• With excellent communication skills you have the ability to manage and interact with a varied multi-disciplined team ranging from Orthopaedic Consultants and their teams to Orthopaedic Sales Representatives.

• Strong communication skills in dealing with national and local procurement officers

• You understand current global trends and have the ability to critically analyse same within the Irish market.

• A strong understating of Health Care economics and the ability to react to change

• Strong strategy development and planning skills

• With a strong commercial focus you have the ability to work with the Business partners in the development of this Company’s Orthopaedic product portfolio.
